Counties

Five counties, one local team

Moore County is home base. We live and work here, and most of our inspections are within a short drive of Whispering Pines.

Richmond County sits just southwest of Moore, with Rockingham as the county seat and Hamlet a few miles down the road.

Cumberland County is anchored by Fayetteville and Fort Bragg, and military families make up a large share of buyers here.

Hoke County lies between Moore and Cumberland, with Raeford as the county seat and part of Fort Bragg inside its borders.

Scotland County, on the South Carolina line, is centred on Laurinburg.

Towns

Pinehurst is where most of our work happens, from cottages in the historic village to homes along the golf courses.

Southern Pines mixes a walkable downtown with older in-town homes and horse country on its outskirts.

Whispering Pines is our home village, a community of lakes, golf and wooded lots just north of Southern Pines.

Aberdeen pairs a historic downtown with some of the fastest-growing neighbourhoods in Moore County.

Fayetteville is the largest city we serve, and many of our clients here are military families moving to or from Fort Bragg.

Raeford, the Hoke County seat, has grown fast with new neighbourhoods serving families connected to Fort Bragg.
