Re-Inspection
A return visit to check that the repairs agreed after your inspection were actually made.

After an inspection, buyers and sellers usually agree a list of repairs. A re-inspection is a return visit before closing to look at each of those items and confirm the work was done.
We check the repairs against the items in our original report and add photos, so you walk into closing knowing where things stand.
What it covers
- A visit to check the repair items you list for us
- Photos of each repaired item
- A short written update tied to the original report
Who it is for
- Buyers with an agreed repair list
- Agents who want the repairs confirmed before closing
When to book
Book once the seller tells you the repairs are finished, ideally a few days before closing.

Every re-inspection is led by Andrew McLester, a licensed North Carolina home inspector and military veteran, backed by a team with contractor, realtor and drone pilot licences. We serve Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines and Moore, Richmond, Cumberland, Hoke and Scotland counties.
