Photos of every finding
Each item has photos, often marked up with arrows, so you can see exactly where the issue is.
What we saw and what to do
Findings explain what we saw, why it matters and what to do next, such as calling a licensed electrician or roofer.
Sorted by importance
Safety items and repairs are set apart from routine maintenance, so the important things are easy to find.
A summary for your agent
The summary page pulls the key findings together, and agents can build a repair request straight from the report.

Drone and thermal images
When we fly the roof or use the thermal camera, those images go into the report alongside our regular photos.
Plain English, not jargon
