These terms cover your use of this website and the booking of services from Signature Home Inspections, a home inspection business based in Whispering Pines, North Carolina. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Our services

Home inspections are carried out by North Carolina licensed home inspectors under the Standards of Practice of the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board. The specific scope, terms and any limitations of each inspection are set out in the inspection agreement you sign before the inspection takes place. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed inspection agreement, the agreement controls.

What an inspection is and is not

A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive look at the readily accessible parts of a property on the day of the visit. It is not a warranty or guarantee, a code compliance check, an appraisal or a prediction of future conditions. We do not move furniture or stored items, open walls or take apart equipment.

Booking, changes and payment

Appointments are confirmed through our online scheduler or directly with us. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Payment terms are given when you book and in your inspection agreement.

Reports

Your report is prepared for you, the client named in the inspection agreement. You may share it with your agent, lender or others involved in your transaction, but it is not intended to be relied on by anyone else.
