Buying a home in the Sandhills means looking at everything from historic cottages in the Village of Pinehurst to brand-new subdivisions. Our residential inspection covers every major system of the house so you know what you are buying before your due diligence period runs out.
We walk the roof (or fly it with a drone when it is too steep or fragile to walk), go through every room, open the electrical panel, run the heating and cooling, and crawl the crawl space. A thermal camera helps us spot moisture and missing insulation that the eye alone can miss.
