Aerial Drone Photography
Licensed drone pilots for roof views during an inspection and for aerial photos of a property and its setting.
Our team includes licensed drone pilots. During an inspection we use the drone to see roofs that are too steep, too high or too fragile to walk, and to photograph chimneys and valleys from angles a ladder cannot reach.
We also fly drones for aerial photography of a property and its setting, which is useful on large lots, wooded parcels and homes on or near a golf course.
What it covers
- Aerial roof images added to your inspection report
- Overhead views of the lot, drainage and outbuildings
- Aerial photographs of the property on their own, when booked separately
Who it is for
- Steep, tall or tile and slate roofs
- Large or wooded lots
- Owners and agents who want aerial photos of a property
When to book
Flights depend on weather and airspace rules; we confirm both when we book.
Every aerial drone photography is led by Andrew McLester, a licensed North Carolina home inspector and military veteran, backed by a team with contractor, realtor and drone pilot licences. We serve Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines and Moore, Richmond, Cumberland, Hoke and Scotland counties.
